- 25% payment required at time of booking
- Remaining balance to be paid within 7 days before travel date
- Peak/Blackout periods require 100% advance
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation
- 7–15 days before travel: 75% cancellation
- 16–30 days: 50% cancellation
- More than 30 days: Full refund (excluding ₹1,000/head processing fee)
- Blackout or Festival Dates: 100% non-refundable
PAYMENT TERMS
- 25% advance payment at booking
- Balance to be paid 10 days before travel
- All bookings are on a non-refundable corporate basis
- Booking confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
- Exact arrival/departure details must be shared timely
