- 7–15 days: 75% cancellation fee
- 16–30 days: 50% cancellation fee
- More than 30 days: Full refund (excluding ₹1,000/head processing fee)
- No refund on Blackout Dates or Public Holiday Periods

- Balance payment due 7–10 days before departure
